NOMINÁL has been operating on the market since 1993 and is focused on healthy lifestyle foodstuffs and specialised foodstuffs for gluten-free and diabetic nutrition. Our products include NOMINA instant gruel cereal, corn breadcrumbs, baking mixes and others. The products are manufactured from quality materials which we grow ourselves.

Interest in healthy nutritional products began to grow after 1989 and we expanded our range of instant gruels to the current 6 types. Several foodstuff companies which use various types of instant flours and fibres as improving agents in their own products also showed interest in collaboration. We also supply our products outside the Czech Republic to Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, as well as to Sweden.

In 2009–2010 we significantly expanded our production areas and purchased new technology. This allowed us to introduce new products designed for healthy nutrition and for a gluten-free diet to the production line. We produce mixtures for gluten-free bread, gluten-free gnocchi and gluten-free potato dumplings. Our mixtures for gluten-free bread received the “TRENDY” award at the Salima trade fair in Brno in 2008.
