Ingredients

500g Bread mix with buckwheat fibre
440 g water
20 g lard
2 -3 TBSP small cracklings
15 g fresh yeast

 

How to prepare

Replace the oil in the basic bread recipe with the lard and add 2-3 tablespoons of cracklings. Heat up the lard and cracklings slightly to make them easier to mix with the dough. Bake the bread in a standard way in a home bread maker or place the dough into a well greased form and bake it in an oven. Bake it for 60-70 minutes at 180 °C.
