Are you wondering what gluten free snack to prepare for your kid or yourself? Try these bread mixture buns. A muffin form will suffice, and you can also bake them filled.
Ingredients
Dough: 200 g Bread mix with chia seeds 200 g water 6 g fresh yeast 10 g oil 60 g soft curd cheese |
Filling examples: cheddar cheese + finely chopped scallions chopped pickled dried tomatoes + olives + some rosemary Finishing: smear with egg, sprinkle with seeds |
How to prepare
Mix all the dough ingredients, knead them well and let stand for about 5 minutes while greasing the muffin form. Separate the dough into 6 equal parts. If you only want buns, roll the dough parts into balls, dip them into the seeds and place them into the forms. If you want to fill them, wrap a tablespoon of the selected filling in each dough part (as if you were filling a dumpling) and place it into the greased form. Let the buns rise in a warm place. If you want the buns to look nicer, you can smear them with the whipped egg before baking.
Bake them at 210 °C for about 17 minutes.
