Ingredients
300 g Nomix gluten-free flour |
|
270 g caster sugar | |
210 g oil | |
100 g(ml) hot water | |
6 pcs (ca. 300g) eggs | |
16 g baking powder | |
30 g cocoa | |
coconut flour, chocolate and some butter for icing |
How to prepare
Use a food processor to stir the eggs, oil, sugar and water intensively. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and cocoa. Pour the ready dough onto a greased and dusted baking tray with a high edge or into a flat form (the dough will be about 3 cm high). Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 160 °C.
A standard baking tray will fit a dough made from 300 g of Nomix. Decrease the amount for a smaller tray.
Once cooled off, cover the cake surface with the chocolate melted on a water bath with a slice of butter. If you want the flavour to be more prominent, you can combine baking chocolate with high-percentage plain chocolate (70-85%). Then coat with the coconut flour.
