How to prepare

A delicacy which can also serve as a table decoration. That is the Easter sweet bread baked in a form. Place the rich dough with raisins, almonds and orange peel into a “cake” form with a hollow centre. Smoothen the surface and let it rise. You can also evenly stick four coloured eggs into the dough (but you can also decorate the wreath once baked). Smear the surface with the whipped egg before baking.
