Instant rice flour is neutral in taste and binds liquids well. Its qualities make it suitable not only for preparing single-varietal rice only porridges but for numerous other uses.

You can easily combine it with Nominal corn flake crumbs and use it in breadings when frying meat, vegetables, champignons or cheeses.

The product can serve for thickening soups or sauces, as a binder in meat and vegetable patties, fruit mixtures (filling for roll cakes, etc.) or for flouring baking forms. The fine taste also makes it suitable as a filling in sweet cremes.
