Ingredients
170 g NOMIX gluten-free flour |
40 g fine corn flour |
100 g fat (Hera, butter) |
80 g powdered sugar (incl. vanilla) |
1 yolk, lemon peel |
How to prepare
Mix the dry ingredients, add softened fat and egg. Knead thoroughly and let stand for about 1 hour (or over night) in cold. Roll the dough flat (0.3 to 0.5 cm) and cut out the desired shapes. Place them on a greased and dusted baking tray. Bake until golden at about 170 °C. Let cool off for a while and remove from the tray.
