Ingredients
200 g Nomix gluten-free flour |
4 eggs |
70 g(ml) hot water (you can replace half with strong coffee) |
75 g oil |

12 g (1 packet) baking powder |
1 TSP cocoa |
2-3 TSP gingerbread spice |
Finish with candied orange peel dices, almond flakes |
How to prepare
How to quickly scent your flat and prepare a quick snack not only for the last Sunday before Christmas?
Mix the flour well with the baking powder, cocoa and spices. Then gradually move all of the ingredients into a beater and stir for a couple of minutes. Then pour a layer of about 3 cm onto a greased and dusted baking tray. Sprinkle the surface with the orange dices, and you can add the almond flakes. Bake slowly. Start at 150 °C gradually increasing to 170 °C, and finish baking (40 minutes) at the latter temperature.
Tip: You can add a handful of coarsely chopped walnuts into the dough. Instead of the candied orange peel, you can sprinkle the surface with finely diced apples.
