Ingredients

250 g wholegrain spelt flour (finely ground)
500 ml plant milk (e.g. rice-coconut)
1 ripe banana (large)
ca. 6 g baking powder (2 TBSP)
15 g cane sugar (vanilla sugar)
2 TBSP oil
2 pinches of salt
fry on plant oil
finishing: berries, maple syrup

How to prepare

Thoroughly squash the ripe banana and mix it into the milk.

Mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add them into the milk. Add the sugar and salt and stir until a smooth substance is achieved. Let it stand for about 20 minutes. Then fry the pancakes on the plant oil. Finish them with a mixture of summer fruit and sweeten with the maple syrup.
