You can use the bread mixtures not only to prepare breads in a home bread maker or oven, but also to prepare bread roll type products. Try these sunflower seed square buns.
Ingredients
400 g Rustic bread mixture 370 ml water 16 g oil 12 g fresh yeast sunflower seeds 1 TBSP oil to form dough |
How to prepare
Knead the fresh yeast, oil, water and bred mixture well and let it stand for a couple of minutes (about 5). Then place it on a flat surface (you can grease the surface and your palms to prevent sticking). Press the dough into a rectangular layer (about 7 cm high), sprinkle the surface with the sunflower seeds densely and press them into the dough. Then use a pastry scraper or knife to cut the dough into 6 parts - squares roughly the same size. Place the square buns on a baking tray covered with a sheet of baking paper and let them rise in a warm place (30 minutes or longer - depending on the temperature).
Preheat the oven and bake the risen square buns at 220-230 °C for about 20 minutes.
