As an agricultural company, we have been dealing with spelt wheat cultivation for years. It has grown extremely close to our hearts. We present spelt in its wholegrain form. Having established our own spelt dehusking plant and cooperating with a mill, we offer NOMINAL wholegrain flour. 

Broad processing options make it possible to find various products nowadays: flours, grits, groats, bulgur, speltotto, extruded products, muesli, pasta, bread and other baked products or coffee substitutes.

Nominal wholegrain spelt flour tastes pleasantly nutty, and its favourable baking properties make it technologically suitable for preparing various baked products. The flour is finely milled making it suitable for numerous dough types. You can find plenty of inspiration in the Recipe section of our website. Many of these are video recipes.
